Our Team
We are a friendly team of passionate early years educators. All classes are taught in English.
We aim to ignite a life-long love of learning by fostering the child’s natural curiosity for the world around them, and inspiring their innate love, connection, and respect for the world.
Child Adaptation
At Circle of Sun Kindergarten, we follow a soft transition approach to help children adjust comfortably.
We believe that a smooth transition to a new environment is crucial for young children and understand that starting kindergarten is a big step! We’re here to support you and your child every step of the way!
Our Pedagogical Philosophies & Approaches
We are particularly inspired by the Montessori and Waldorf pedagogies, both of which share the Circle of Suns International Kindergarten's fundamental holistic approach to education and care: treating each child as an individual, recognising their feelings and needs, and encouraging development of independence and self-confidence, while building harmonious relationships with others.
Activities
To support natural cognitive development at this stage, our wide range of activities provide opportunities to develop and strengthen hand-eye coordination, dexterity, fine and gross motor skills and problem-solving skills. We encourage independence and build self-confidence and resilience.
The child is reassured by the recurring rhythm of the day, week and year through repetition of activities;
Songs and rhymes accompanied by movement and gesture.
Practical activities such as gardening, cooking, handwork and tidying up.
Artistic activities such as painting, drawing and modeling and structured Montessori educational activities.
Daily outdoor activities and regular nature walks, which cultivate awareness, love and care as we learn about the natural world we are a part of by engaging our senses.

We've carefully selected natural toys and materials to support children's healthy development and help us create a plastic-free environment.
